Disk Brake chirps even after disk/caliper/pad/bleeding?

My 98 GM minivan with front disk brakes has a problem I can't seem to solve. The driver's side disk brake will intermittantly "chirp" or squeak as it goes down the road like you have crickets up there. I have personally replaced the rotors,

Front binders are located inside the recesses of the 12-inch rims and consist of a 200mm hydraulic disc brake on each wheel with 27mm twin-piston calipers. As brand new units, the seats are already more comfortable than broken-in T2 buckets.
The 9.4-inch (240 mm) rear disc-brake system features single-piston brake calipers with semi-metallic brake linings to mitigate brake fade at higher temperatures. Both front- and rear-brake calipers are lacquered in Rosso paint for an athletic look.
