I would like to build a radiator cover.Does someone have any suggestions on how to go about it.Should i use wood, plywood or does it matter? Also can i use 1x1 in the front instead of the grille(expensive). Also i am new at this. Thanks so much.
You can get hardboard or thin ply with fretwork designs cut out especially for radiator covers. The fretwork lets the heat out and stops the wood warping.
