spark plug wires for my civic?

im wanting to gain a few more horses, i already have an intake and exhaust, and im thinking about getting performance spark plug wires (obx), they are 10.3 mm silicone double wrapped etc, will they give me any horses or better fuel mileage?

If your engine is not miss-firing now, better wires will not change a thing.
