nissan titan brake system problem?and MPG?

i wanted to know if the Nissan titan has problem with the brake system?i read a few reviews from edmunds.com and most people said that they had problems that they had to change there complete brake system, rotors,calipers. i wanted to know if that's true

Google "titan brake recall" if that is negative contact a quality aftermarket supplier and they will fix u up with upgraded parts if that is what u want
