Can anyone tell me what type of front brake caliper i could use for my 1973 Honda Cb-125 motorcycle?

I know the 1973 Honda cb-125 was originally made with a front drum brake. But the one i got from a friend, had a front brake calliper on it. The caliper brake was rusted to hell. I tried to find the modal of the brake, but all i could find was numbers/letters

If you have a good bike breaker in your area take the calliper to them and explain the situation, an experienced breaker might be able to identify it, or if not they might be able to offer you a replacement front end as Timbo suggested.
