How many miles can I run between oil changes using Synthetic High Performance motor oil in my 2003 Lexus ES300?

I own a 2003 Lexus ES300 with 119,000 miles on it. I purchased the car with 83,400 miles on it and have only been using synthetic motor oil (my car takes 5W-30). I usually go 6,000 miles (sometimes 8,000) between oil changes. I want to know approximately
