How do I hook up an electric radiator fan to a toggle switch that has 3 plugs one hot one load and one ground?

I have a toggle switch that has 3 plugs ground,load and hot.I want to hook it up to an electric radiator fan so I can turn it off and on as needed. How do I hook this up?

It would be much safer and easier to hook up a ground wire from a toggle switch and activate the ground on the factory relay to turn it on. Cooling fans take quite a bit of power. It should be a fairly easy fix for a mechanic, seems you have already
