99 dodge caravan radiator fan not working?

I had a prob my fans wouldnt shut off i unplugged them for got to plug them back in and my radiator blew .I replaced it and now my fans wont turn on and my van is over heating.

you need to either replace the relay for the fan or the fuse has blown on it that controls the relay,that will cause the fans not to work right on it,the relay was what was probably causing the original problem on it,good luck with it.
