Physics: three cars (car a, car b, and car c) are moving with the same velocity and slam on the brakes.?
three cars (car a, car b, and car c) are moving with the same velocity and slam on the brakes. car a has the most mass and car c has the least mass. asume all three cars have identical tires (that is all cares have the same coefficient of friction).
Assuming that everything is constant except mass i would assume that the de-acceleration would be identical with all cars so they would all stop at the same spot
Work is defined as W=1/2m(v2^2-v1^1)
again the velocity's

General Motors Co. is recalling certain Cadillac CTS vehicles from the 2012 model year to check for a possible flaw in their power-brake systems. In a document filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the car
Using the brake can add energy to the battery. “It's got regenerative brakes,” said Polzin. “So as you brake, it actually recharges the car a little bit.” Efficiency has a direct correlation with how the vehicle is driven.
went outside and thought I heard the T-Rex from Jurassic Park. turns out just squeaky brakes on a car. No more coffee 2night. 1pot is enough
@ @ Yes. It was a close call. It ran in front of my car and it was huge! Had to slam on the brakes really hard.
